POZZOLANIC
45® All Weather Concrete Repair is a pre-mixed,
one component, chemical action product for patching holes,
and deep cracks in concrete. This specially designed product
for foot traffic in 15 minutes, thus avoiding production delays.
POZZOLANIC 45® All Weather
Concrete Repair hardens to over 10,000 psi (70 MPa)
in compressive strength. Use it to patch concrete bridges,
roads, ramps, sidewalks, driveways and industrial floors.
Ideal for repairs in freezer rooms, meat packing plants, dairies
and refrigerated areas. No need for shutdowns!
APPLICATION: Remove
all oil, grease, dirt and loose debris from area to be patched.
Flush area with clean water, leaving no puddles. Use exactly
72 fl. oz. (2.2. litres) of clean water per 44 lbs. (20 kg.)
of product. Add water gradually and mix thoroughly. Ratio
of Material to Water 9.5:1 (by weight) Note: Mixing, placing
and finishing of each batch should be completed in 10 minutes
or less. If required, up to 22 lbs. (10 kg.) of aggregate
(3/8”) (1 cm.) may be added per 44 lbs. (20 kg.) of
mix. Smooth wet mixture with trowel immediately after placing
in hole.

kg.) unit covers 18 sq. ft. (1.67 sq. m), .25” (0.636
cm) thick.
